Organization Columbia University/Look AHEAD Extension Study

Position Description CUIMC and the Look AHEAD study are seeking a student to work as a research assistant.

Responsibilities include:

Completing blood pressure, height and weight measurements, foot exams, and collecting cognitive function and physical function battery data
Conducting phone interviews with research participants
Completing follow-up data collection of medical records when indicated
Data entry, data edits, and assisting with various retention activities such as editing newsletters
Performing additional related duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Time Commitment Full-time; 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday). Some flexibility in hours. Position only funded full-time through January 2020.

Compensation $26.90 per hour
