We ensure flexible scheduling for consultations to suit your convenience, providing a supportive and informed pathway towards your MCAT success. For the Accommodations Consultation, it's advisable to bring the following documents: 1. Relevant medical documentation or psychological evaluations. 2. Previous correspondence with the AAMC regarding accommodations. (if any) 3. Academic records, including your transcript. 4. A list of specific challenges or concerns related to the MCAT. 5. A history of any past accommodations received, in educational or testing settings. These documents will provide a comprehensive background for the consultant to understand your individual needs and to offer more effective, personalized guidance.

Cancellation Policy

Since time is a limited commodity, we ask that students arrive a few minutes before the scheduled session, prepared to learn. Cancelation of a pre-existing appointment must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled time. This leaves us ample time to schedule another individual, and also ensures that you are not held liable for payment of the session. Please note: any cancelations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled time slot will be considered a “NO SHOW,” and the student is responsible for the cost of the session regardless of the student’s ability to attend the session. In the event that a student repeatedly fails to comply with the 24-hour cancellation policy, MCAT KING reserves the right to request pre-paid installments of sessions moving forward.
