Position Description The Hand Division of Orthopaedic Surgery at NYU Langone is seeking two students to volunteer as research assistants with Dr. Steven Glickel and Dr. Jacques Hacquebord.

Responsibilities include:

• Consenting patients

• Drafting study materials

• Making follow-up phone calls

• Organizing multi-site projects

• Collecting data

Position Requirements

• Must be comfortable and kind with patients

• Intellectual curiosity for research and medicine

• Background in clinical research and clinical exposure

Time commitment Part-time; 4 - 12 hours per week; all day Monday and afternoon Tuesday for the position with Dr. Glickel, Monday mornings and occasionally Friday mornings for the position with Dr. Hacquebord
